Spore the highly anticipated game is also released to the Mac OS X platform. You begin the game with a Single Cell organism and later on you can become the galactic god. You create your unique creature and guide it through one epic journey through a universe created by yourself.

The Mac game is made by Maxis who is also makers of The Sims.

You can also decide how you want to play the game. From a cell state, Creature, Tribe, Civilization and Space state. When you grow and evolve you can interact and battle against other cultures and even conquer their planet!

With the game website you can look at all the cool things your friends and people all around the world are making, then pull them into and make them a part of your own universe in the game.

I did actually buy this game, and played it for a while but I cant say the experience was enjoyable. I think I had too high expectations for this game. I think this game is most suitable for children. They would probably love the game!
