iCal is a neat little application where you can enter your appointments and keep track of what you are doing during the week, month or years.
The only Mac calendar you need, in my opinion ... maybe it lacks some features for someone but all in all it is a good little app.
It is easy to sync calendars with your mobile phone. Also when I used my Nokia N82 as my primary phone. When out on errands usually I didn't carry around my MacBook but the phone is always there. Then I can just enter my appointments in my phone whenever I see fit. When I get home just sync the phone using iSync and voila. All calendar entries are synced back and forth.
But what if iSync tells me I have an unsupported phone?
