Learn how to use iPod nano features
How to use iPod Nano - Congratulations to your new iPod Nano. I am sure you will be satisfied with this cool little player and when you learn a few tricks you can do with it I am sure you will be even more thrilled with your purchase.
I am going to talk about the 4th Generation iPod Nano. It comes with many fun colors and useful features. One of those features I like is Genius.
The genius feature creates a playlist for you with songs that go great together. When you sync your iPod to iTunes genius gathers data from all other genius users around the world and finds out what they like. Often I find this feature to work quite nice actually. It is kind of a pre - made shuffle mode but you know you are going to like almost all songs it places in that playlist.
Try out the feature, turn it on in iTunes if you haven't already.
The iPod Nano is not just a music player, you can do a lot more with it. For example watch videos and photos on the 2-Inch screen. With the built in accelerometer the screen will rotate automatically the way you are holding it. So you can watch widescreen movies, or get the album art cover flow feature.
I particularly like this feature: if you are listening to a song and you want to change to another one. Just shake it, and it will jump to a different song in your library, pretty cool.
Did you think the iPhone was the only Apple product except Mac having games? Not true, you can get games for the iPod Nano as well on the iTunes Store. Spore Origins for example. There are quite a few good games, it is worth checking out.
There are many ways to use the iPod Nano, take advantage of all the features and you will have a player you can use for a long time.
